“Why Move? Improve!” has been the credo of John R. Ranck, Inc., a General Contracting firm established in 1986, in Naples.

We specialize in home and condominium remodeling. Before moving to Naples, we were residential builders in Lancaster, Pennsylvania for 19 years. We have made a deliberate effort to keep our business small so that we have tight control of the type of projects taken and the quality of work we do. We are very selective in choosing qualified, licensed and insured sub contractors. They are required to have quality workmanship standards and a follow-up policy on details after the completion of each project.



At the very beginning, we discuss your plans. We are committed to achieving your vision of how your building should look and function. Our goal is to create a team effort including you and everyone involved from start to finish. Frequent communication is the standard during the progress of a project. If you are out of town, email, photos, phone calls and faxes are all a part of our communication.

We do not give estimates. The sub-contractors’ bidding can take up to 2-3 weeks (especially during “season”). You will receive a detailed contract which is the actual price. After signing, any changes, Change Orders will be used.
